If you arrive significantly late and all seats are already occupied, you might need to stand for the entire duration of the show.
We recommend large groups to arrive early to get seats together and cannot guarantee seats together for groups or parties.
All ticket purchases are final and refunds cannot be given. Tickets may be exchanged for other dates at the discretion of the management.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to latecomers or customers arriving after the advertised showtime without a refund. Doors open at least 30mins before all shows and we recommend you arrive early.
While we strive to maintain the presented line-ups, please be aware that they could be altered unexpectedly. Acts that are unable to perform due to factors beyond our control will be substituted. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for changes in acts. If your intention is to attend the show primarily for a particular act in a line-up of multiple acts, kindly reach out to the venue before making your reservation and journey to verify the expected appearance of the specific act.
Kindly be aware that portions of the audience are captured on video during the performances, and this footage might be utilized by the club, comedians, and media agencies for distribution purposes. If you prefer not to be recorded, we kindly ask you to communicate your preference to our staff upon your arrival, and they will be pleased to assist you with seating arrangements.
Due to our licensing, we are an over 18’s venue and reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone without valid ID/proof of age whom the staff management deem to appear to be underage.
The venue retains the authority to remove patrons from the premises, with no refund, in cases where their behaviour is causing disruptions to shows or performances, or if they are perceived as displaying verbal or physical aggression towards our staff, customers, or comedians.
We reserve the right to eject any customers from the venue without a refund who are deemed to be highly intoxicated and/or are in possession of drugs.
We allow photography (except in specific circumstances) during performances, but any video recording is strictly prohibited.
We no longer admit Stag or Hen parties. Please do not book tickets for our comedy nights.
If the event is cancelled or significantly changed due to circumstances beyond our control, City Comedy Club will only refund the original ticket price. We will try our best to contact ticket holders through phone, email, or written communication (using the provided contact information), explaining how to request a refund. However, it's important for ticket holders to also keep an eye out for any notifications, as we can't guarantee that we will always be able to reach you with updates.
