City Comedy Club is located in the HEART of London! Only a 5-minutes walk from Old Street Street Station, 8- minutes walk from Liverpool Street, come and grab a drink and have a laugh with City Comedy Club every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night.

Jonny Pelham
Jonny Pelham began comedy at University and while he was there he achieved runner-up in both the coveted So You Think You’re Funny competition and The Chortle Student Comedy Awards. Since graduating university Jonny has continued to impress and was a finalist and judges choice in the BBC Radio New Comedy Awards, as well as being nominated for Chortle Best Newcomer in 2014.
2016 saw Jonny make the exciting step over to the small screen on Russell Howard’s Stand Up Central for Comedy Central followed by a support slot on Live At The BBC this year.
With two critically acclaimed solo shows under his belt, Before and After (2015) and Fool’s Paradise (2016), this August Jonny will take his hotly anticipated 3rd solo show, Just Shout Louder to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Dimitri Bakanov
Dimitri Bakanov is fast proving an audience favourite with his honest, sharp and sometimes dark humour.
He has quickly established himself as one to watch - in his first year he reached the finals of both the Leicester Square Theatre New Act competition and the Laughing Horse New Act competition. Dimitri is currently performing in comedy clubs in London and all over the country to a great reception.

Shalaka Kurup
Shalaka Kurup is an award-winning Indian comedian. Shalaka Kurup observational humour has been described as being “deadpan joy” (The Morning Star) and acerbic. She recently opened for Eshaan Akbar and Ria Lina, and has been featured on Channel 4 Digital and BBC One.
