Jay Handley
Jay Handley is a standout comedian, renowned for his imaginative and polished gags that consistently leave audiences in stiches. According to reviews from esteemed comedy critique site, EdFringeReview.com, Jay’s comedic skills are on par with the best stand-up acts in the business. Often lauded by 4GoodComedians for his “proper funny” material, Jay Handley is a brilliant comic act that you simply can’t afford to miss.
Before he stepped into the limelight of comedy, Jay was a skilled craftsman, creating beautiful sculpted oak furniture. However, he traded his tools for a microphone, and has since been making waves in the comedy scene, performing at some of the country’s top venues. His impressive repertoire includes the likes of Indigo @ The O2, The Hackney Empire, The 99 Club, Top Secret Comedy Club, The Glee Club, Covent Garden, Backyard and many more.
Jay’s comedic journey has seen him become a regular face at the Edinburgh Fringe since 2011. Each year, he showcases a brand new solo show, proving his exceptional ability to continually create fresh, engaging content. Additionally, his legendary late show at the Banshee Labyrinth is a testament to his versatility and enduring appeal.
Reece Kidd
Reece Kidd is a stand-up comedian from rural Northern Ireland. His stand-up, original sketches and funny videos have over 100 million views online. Before comedy he was an award winning software engineer who launched his own app. His app did not make him any money. Reece has sold out his tours of the UK, Ireland and Europe. He has two years of sold out runs at the Edinburgh Fringe.
Pravanya Pillay
Pravanya Pillay is a stand up comedian and writer. She delivers anecdotal comedy with surreal observations.
Pravanya was featured on BBC Three’s Asian Network Comedy, Comedy Central’s Rhod Gilbert’s Growing Pains and is a 2023 Chortle Award 'Best Newcomer Nominee'. She has supported Olga Koch and Sophie Duker on tour.
As a writer, she has written for BBC Radio 4 (The Now Show, Best Medicine and TL;DR) as well as BBC Radio Wales (Beena & Amrit and Welcome Strangers).
