Hello! I’m Marc - a comedian bred in Kent and now based in London. I like to do stand up and silly songs mixed with physical comedy and self deprecating stories. Sometimes I play indie folk guitar, other times it is folk indie guitar. One time it was country. That was only once, I promise.
Marc Salmon
I’ve got a podcast coming soon called The Bardo Podcast – conversations about inner and outer change, featuring philosophical ideas and voices from alternative perspectives.
I also deliver some-what serious workshops and wellbeing sessions. I have a background in trauma-informed social care, working with people affected by mental health challenges, homelessness, autism, and learning disabilities. I bring that experience into creative and compassionate spaces for workplaces, schools, and community groups.
My sessions focus on improv, play, trauma-informed awareness, paratheatre, and compassion-based mindfulness - always with humour and humanity at the heart.
Great value. Great night out.
